We have been situated at the heart of Smithdown Road based in Wavertree for over 25 years. We have seen the market change drastically over time, however this experience has helped us understand exactly what students are looking for. We aim to make the whole process of locating a property, signing a contract and moving in as easy as possible as we understand this can be very stressful.
We have student properties ranging from 1-10 bedrooms from the City Centre to Smithdown Road and most of our properties offer a half price rent retainer for July and August. To rent a home is to pay for a service. We think that our tenants should get the service they’re paying for. Every property gets problems from time to time. Unlike many agents we believe that solving tenants’ problems quickly and fairly is better for everyone.

Repairs
Target Repair Timescales
We aim to ensure repairs are completed within the following timescales:
- Emergency repairs – made safe within 24 hours and completed within 3-5 working days
- Routine (non-emergency) repairs – completed within 10 working days
